Survey: Black public servants’ experiences

FBEC is launching a data collection initiative to better understand the experiences of Black federal public service (FPS) employees. This project is being conducted in collaboration with Gerard Etienne, an independent researcher, and marks the first time a survey will focus on Black and African diaspora employees within the Canadian FPS. The survey results will be used to inform our diversity and inclusion work pertaining to career progression within the federal workplace.

If you are Black or from the African diaspora, you can support our work by completing the survey. Your responses are anonymous and all information gathered will be strictly confidential. We also ask that members and allies distribute the survey link to Black colleagues who may not be members, and encourage them to join our mailing list.

The survey will close on June 30, 2020.

Please contact us at members@fbec-cefn.ca if you have any questions.
